Help for UNGROUP:

UNGROUP unregisters the given nickname from your
account. The nickname will be available for others to
register. This will not affect your channel access
or memos.

If you do not specify a nickname, your current
nickname will be ungrouped. You cannot ungroup
your account name.

Syntax: UNGROUP [nickname]

Examples:
    /msg NickServ UNGROUP SomeNick
