Help for SET QUIETCHG:

SET QUIETCHG prevents services from automatically
notifying you when ChanServ is used to affect your
status in channels. When set to ON, Services will no
longer send you messages of this nature.

Syntax: SET QUIETCHG ON|OFF

Example:
    /msg NickServ SET QUIETCHG ON
