Help for RETURN:
RETURN resets the specified account
password, sends it to the email address
specified and changes account's email address
to this address. Any current sessions logged
in to the account are logged out.
Syntax: RETURN <nickname> <e-mail>
Examples:
/msg NickServ RETURN jdoe john@example.com
