Help for SYNC:

The SYNC command will force all channel statuses to flags, giving and taking
away ops, voice and so on where necessary. You must have the channel flag +R to
run this command.

Syntax: SYNC <#channel>

Examples:
    /msg ChanServ SYNC #bar
